THE TAILORED LINE

The Structural Baseline.

A precise system of structural wear. Engineered from raw handlooms, this expanding collection rejects ornamental design in favor of uncompromising geometry. The Tailored Line: Structural Wear in Slub Cotton

The Tailored Line is Indidha's structural western wear, co-ord sets built around sharp lines and modular pairing rather than draping. Every piece is cut from slub cotton, the same handloom weave behind our saree collection, which gives these separates their texture and body without adding weight. It's a deliberate departure from ornamental design, closer to a uniform system than a single outfit.

Because these are co-ord sets rather than a single garment, tops and bottoms are designed to work together as a fixed pairing or mixed with other pieces in the line, depending on how you want to build the look. The slub cotton base means the same natural texture and irregular thread character you'll find in our slub cotton saree collection carries through here, just cut into structured, tailored shapes instead of six yards of drape.

Care follows the same rules as any slub cotton piece: hand wash in cold water, avoid wringing, and dry in shade to protect the color and texture. Iron on the reverse side to keep the fabric's natural character intact rather than pressing it flat.

This is a newer line for us, and the collection is still expanding. If a piece you want shows as sold out, it's worth checking back, since these are made in limited runs by our weaver partners rather than mass-produced.

Frequently Asked Questions

What fabric is The Tailored Line made from?
Slub cotton, the same handloom weave used across our saree collection, known for its natural texture from irregular hand-spun yarn.
Can I mix and match pieces from this collection?
Yes. The line is designed as a modular system, so pieces work as a fixed set or can be paired with other separates in the collection.
Why are some pieces sold out?
These are made in limited runs by our weaver partners rather than mass-produced, so stock is tighter than on our saree collections. It's worth checking back for restocks.
How should I wash and care for these pieces?
Hand wash in cold water, avoid wringing, and dry in shade. Iron on the reverse side to protect the fabric's natural texture.
