We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tele-caller to join our team and take charge of lead management, WhatsApp follow-up, and calling activities. As a Tele-caller, you will play a crucial role in understanding our brand and product features, while also comprehending the unique needs and preferences of our valued customers.

⏩*Responsibilities:*

- Efficiently manage leads generated through various channels, ensuring prompt and accurate follow-up.

- Conduct WhatsApp follow-up conversations with leads, engaging them professionally and proactively.

- Make outbound calls to potential customers, showcasing our product's benefits and addressing their inquiries.

- Develop a deep understanding of our brand and product offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.

- Listen actively to customer requirements and tailor the approach accordingly to meet their needs.

- Maintain comprehensive and organized records of customer interactions, feedback, and progress.

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure seamless communication.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to the team.

 

⏩*Qualifications:*

- Proven experience as a Tele-caller or similar role, with a track record of successful lead management and customer engagement.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the local language and proficiency in English.

- Empathetic, patient, and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, showcasing a genuine interest in helping them.

- Ability to quickly grasp product features and benefits, effectively translating them into customer-oriented selling points.

- Proficiency in using WhatsApp for business communication and familiarity with CRM software for lead tracking and management.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding set goals.

- Prior experience in a related industry will be advantageous, but not mandatory. Intern and Freshers are welcome.
